Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

• You can return most items within 7 days of purchase, but only if they are unworn, undamaged, and have all tags attached in the original packaging.
• Sale items cannot be returned.
• You'll be responsible for return shipping costs (except if you receive the wrong item).
• Refunds will be processed of your full purchase price within 7 days of receiving your return, minus any shipping costs they incurred (if applicable).

Cancellations

• You can cancel your order for a full refund before it ships by emailing info@hastkalacrafts.com with your order number.

Things to Keep in Mind

• Make sure to check the product page to see if an item is non-returnable.
• Take photos of any damaged packaging upon delivery.
• We recommend using registered shipping partner for returns.

• This policy applies to domestic orders. There may be additional charges for international returns.
